Yoga: tuesday drop in (5)
Open Ongoing All Level Yoga is a staple of this program which tends towards physical fitness yoga. This practice can be a considerable challenge for the experienced and a great overall stretch and tone and mind clearing for those inclined towards meditative practice.

Taught in a variety of Hatha yoga styles, this class is taught to accommodate the needs of students new or relatively new to yoga. The class will help you stretch and strengthen the body while learning the fundamental asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), and relaxation techniques. 75 minutes.

Yoga: wednesday drop in (4)
This flow style of yoga is done in a 85-90 degree room to warm the body and allow for deeper stretching. The heat also promotes sweating which is a method of cleansing the body. All levels welcomed. Please bring your own mat and water.

Musical Flow Yoga will be taught in a candlelit room to music only! Let the music guide you as you flow through this class with minimal instruction. You will follow the teacher through all the moves, working to the best of your ability. You must have taken any 10 yoga classes or have the permission of the instructor to attend. A powerful class allowing you to go with-in to find your own alignment. Please bring your own mat, towel and water.

Hot Yoga is a vigorous flow class with an emphasis on combining breath with movement. A physical fitness form of yoga where you will build strength, balance and flexibility. The room is heated to allow for deeper stretching without injury, and to promotes detoxification throught the largest gland in your body-the skin. The heat also ads a cardiovascular benefit. You can reduce stress, become more flexible and enjoy an overall sense of well-being. All levels welcomed. Please bring your own mat, towel and water. 75 minutes.

A subcategory of Hatha yoga adapted to meet the needs of beginners and those with limitations. Emphasis is on breathing, yoga postures, balance, and relaxation techniques. Props such as chairs, straps and blocks are utilized if necessary.
