Yoga Prana Studio takes its first
Yoga Retreat

This special event is intended for those deeply committed in their practice who would like a beautiful experience and those brand new to Yoga who would like to try it on for size in a comfortable community. The practice will be challenging but the space and company will invite all levels.



Details of the Retreat:
Arrive Friday January 28th check in is 4:00pm but please come early and enjoy the tour of Nemacolin s $40 million dollar fine art collection at 3:00 pm. We will convene for introductions at 8:00 pm and enjoy special teas, coffees and hot chocolates prepared for us to help us get the sleep we need. Our first intensive yoga session begins at 8:00 am for two hours followed by a special brunch prepared to replenish your system.

The afternoon is yours to enjoy the wet areas of the spa and the fitness center as part of your package. Or you can help yourself to the menu of spa treatments ala carte. We reconvene for a dinner specially prepared by the Nemacolin chefs to
