A confident foundation is built upon heightened awarenss of the power of alignment followint the Universal Principles of Alignment. Once the base is established going up can be light, graceful and fun. Join Paul an Anusara Yoga Affiliate, in a practice to prepare your foundation for inversions. Explore refinements and variations of your inverted poses such as shoulderstands, headstands and handstands. Remember the goal is not going up, but having fun along the way.....
